How To Order

Prices for instruments are in Canadian dollars and payment to be made in Canadian dollars unless other arrangements are made at time of ordering. I can accept payment through certified cheque, bank transfer (prefered) and Paypal (customer is responsible for paypal fees).

A 25% deposit is required at the time of commissioning.  The final payment (75%) is due when the instrument is near completion. In the event that the final payment is not received within 2 months, the instrument will be sold to another customer. All deposits in this case are non-refundable.

Shipping costs and insurance are not included in the commissioned instrument price. These are required to be paid before the instrument can be shipped and the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

There will be a seven (7) day trial period during which you will be able to inspect the instrument. If with-in this time you feel the instrument is not to your liking it can be returned, in original condition and packaging. In this case your money including initial deposit will be returned to you after the instrument has been sold to another client.

The above payment terms do not apply to ready for sale instruments. In this case the customer pays for the instrument in full (including insurance and shipping) before the instrument is shipped. There will be a three (3) day trial period during which you will be able to inspect the instrument. If during this trial period you find the instrument is not to your liking the purchase price will be returned to you (unless otherwise stated at time of purchase) once the instrument has been returned to Roseberry Guitars possession.
